五、进口高灵敏度蒸汽减压阀安装说明书
1、蒸汽减压稳压阀安装前必须对管路系统进行冲洗清理。以防焊渣,氧化皮等赃物流入阀内,影响阀门正常工作。
2、蒸汽减压稳压阀应安装在便于操作和维修的地方,并且必须直立安装在水平管道上,应注意使管路中介质的流向与阀体上箭头所示方向一致,切勿反装。
3、蒸汽减压稳压阀在安装使用时,应把旁通管道的截止阀打开,排除管路中的冷凝水和汽水的混合物,以防减压阀开启时产生水圾现象损坏减压阀,当无异常现象后,按顺时针方向缓慢旋转调节螺钉,将出口压力调至所需的压力(以阀后表压为准),调整后,将锁紧螺母背紧,拧上防护罩。
4、蒸汽减压稳压阀前应安装过滤器,以防介质中的杂物进入减压阀,影响其性能。
5、安装的减压阀前后应有一段直管,阀前的直管长度约为600毫米,阀后的直管长度约为1000毫米。

1. The steam pressure relief valve must be flushed and cleaned before installation. In order to prevent the welding slag, oxide scale and other sputum from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve.
2. The steam pressure reducing regulator should be installed in a place convenient for operation and maintenance, and must be installed upright on the horizontal pipe. 3. When the steam pressure reducing regulator valve is installed and used, the shut-off valve of the bypass pipe should be opened to eliminate the mixture of condensed water and soda water in the pipeline to prevent the garbage valve from being damaged when the pressure reducing valve is opened.
